U3606A from
Keysight Technologies ticks all the boxes if you are looking for both a desktop
multimeter and a
DC power supply. The
U3606A combines a 5½ digit digital multimeter with a 30W power supply which can operate simultaneously or independently. This versatile unit measures DC and AC voltage and current, 2-wire and 4-wire milliohm resistance, frequency, capacitance, continuity and diode test. Power supply functions include auto scan and ramp for multi-level DC bias testing, and up to 4.8 kHz square-wave output for digital circuit troubleshooting. The
U3606A integrates easily into existing systems with standard USB-TMC 488.2 and GBIP connectivity, and SCPI programmability.
