ETI 133-178 Penetration Probe Armoured

This K type thermocouple penetration probe from ETI is supplied with a flexible 2 metre stainless steel armoured lead and is ideal for use when smoking or grilling meat. This tough probe will survive longer than other probes when stepped on, manhandled, kinked, slammed in doors or exposed to the higher temperatures of outdoor grills.

Probe should be protected from direct exposure to flames and should not be immersed past the stainless probe section. The armour is not easily closed in a regular home oven doors, so choose a different probe for standard kitchen use.
