AFG2021 AFG
The arbitrary function generator is a vital tool for creating the waveforms that are essential in a test setup. The unit has a 20MHz bandwidth, 14-bit resolution and a 250MS/s sample rate. It is possible to generate a large number of varying signals, from complex serial data streams to simple clock signals or audio outputs. DPO2002B from Tektronix is a 2 channel mixed signal oscilloscope with a 70MHz bandwidth and 1GS/s sample rate. The unit delivers advanced debug features and the high sample rate and deep record length enables the capture of long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution.
The oscilloscope has a 7in wide-screen TFT LCD colour display that gives a clear picture of signals and support data. Digital phosphor technology gives variable or infinite persistence, allowing users to spot infrequent and intermittent problems.
