Anticipation, 1905 09 is a museum quality art print of an original sketch by Gustav Klimt. This is one of three sketches by Gustav Klimt for a mosaic frieze in the Palais Stoclet in Brussels. Klimt was commissioned by Belgian financier Adolphe Stoclet and his wife Suzanne to create a series of panels to go in the dining room of their new mansion. The full frieze consists of this image of a woman on her own the tree of life and an embracing couple.
