The house of Bouvet Ladubay was founded in 1851 by Etienne Bouvet and his wife, Celestine Ladubay, and is now one of the Loire's foremost sparkling wine producers. They source their grapes from several local producers and vinify using the traditional method. A delicate and inviting salmon pink, this is a light and immediately welcoming sparkling rosé, with a raspberry and peach fruit character, a fine mousse and a clean and uplifting floral nose. A fine summery aperitif, perfect with gravadlax blinis.
