The eponymous Christopher Spencer is a financier who works in Paris, Christopher bought this 30 hectare property in 2007 and has been restoring it ever since. Set in a natural amphitheatre of vines where the classic varieties of Carignan, Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache are carefully sited to suit their characteristics best. They practice sustainable viticulture following organic principles. This P'tit is a lively blend of 50% Carignan, 25% Mourvedre 25% Syrah that does not take itself too seriously but delivers a really characterful glass of red that would be perfect for a picnic or a barbecue.
