Jean Thévenet's 2013 vintage continues the family's pursuit of excellence. The grapes are hand picked late in the season when super ripe 2013 resulted in a 50% reduction in yield due to weather, allowing the almost honeyed juice to ferment on its natural yeasts, at a snail's pace, resulting in a wine which is high in mineral extract and energy, and with its tell tale length and richness intact.
