Kid B is an emerging artist on the street art scene. The creative brainchild of female Bass music DJ ‘B Trix Kiddo’, Kid B translates her passion for beats onto the canvas, to create a street style that’s dripping with urban savvy. Mixing street art with a pop aesthetic, Kid B’s work is all about bold graphics, loud palettes, and no fuss attitude. ‘Just Close Your Eyes…’ is from Kid B’s debut collection ‘In the Beginning’, which celebrates the birth of 90s Drum and Bass culture. Across the print, Kid B has spelt out the words ‘Just close your eyes dream with me you’ll hear the sound of music’ in spray can style. The lettering is encircled with a neon heart and shot through with a graffiti'd arrow, brilliantly recapturing 90s iconography with a twist of contemporary cool.
