Each ‘Save My World’ print is hand finished with each ‘Dress Tag’ being painted on an array of colours. Kurar fell into the graffiti art world in the late 90’s and his works range from stencil, canvas paintings and are highly influenced by poetry, humour and themes of War, religion and the consumer society. As seen in this beautiful piece ‘Painting Games’ Kurar’s works often feature the representation of childhood which has become his signature and trademark. He uses the symbol of innocence to contrast with the satirical and provocative aspect of these representations as well as adding a little nostalgia and black humour to make his contemporary works of art.
