Sienna, 1984is a high quality art print of an original work by graffiti artist Jean Michel Basquiat. Jean Michel Basquiat’s style combined text and detailed drawings and blocks of bright colour. He was fascinated by the grey anatomy book his mother gave him as a child and this piece features words referring to parts of the body. On the pink background are eyes and teeth along with lightning strikes. Perhaps the piece is all about a headache.
