Richard Evans has reworked and revived his iconic cover art for the now out of print, 1985 The Who album ‘Who’s Missing’. For the archival collection of previously unreleased tracks, Evans developed an authentic early 1960s aesthetic, using collage techniques, recolouring magazine cuttings, and applying red, white and blue chevron from a packing case found outside the famous Marquee Club in Soho. The image is filled with charm and character, a striking piece that is both poignant and powerful, not only in its musical context but as a work of art in its own right. A must have for The Who fan, the retro music collector, and anyone with a keen eye for the iconic.
