The Barton 1792 Distillery operates on the site of the historic Tom Moore Distillery, established in 1879 near the Tom Moore Spring, the same spring they draw their iron free limestone water from today. A unique mash bill containing more rye than most, resulting in full bodied, complex taste thats not too sweet. Each barrel ages no less than 8 years when they reach their peak of maturity they are removed from Warehouse Z. Big, weighty rye with an attitude.
