Two great Burgundy producers come together in a joint venture in the Languedoc. Anne Gros teamed up with Jean Paul Tollot both maritally and businesswise and delighted in bringing their classic approach to the complexities of the southern soils. She says Our 30 year old Carignan and our 40 year old Cinsault joined a nice cuvée of young 18 year old Grenache. Having matured in stainless steel tanks, this wine is delicate and fruity and tense.
