At Adnams, we are passionate about sourcing exceptional wines from the world's most renowned wine producing regions, and we are delighted to secure a parcel from Clément Marchand's small estate in Pouilly Fumé. Farmed almost organically, the grapes are fermented in small, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, which preserve all the freshness and bite of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Accompanying this freshness is a fullness and complexity of flavours derived from the chalk and flint soils of his vineyards which produces a wine of superior character.
