‘Black Crested Bear’ is inspired by Floyd’s appreciation of nature and the natural world showing the beauty of it all but in places you wouldn’t always expect. This piece depicts the proud and majestic side of the animal world which can often be both dangerous and feared. The artist has said in his own words ‘I think there’s a little of me in there as well, people have told me it has a bit of a self portrait about it’.
