Floodlock strips absorb liquid and swell to seal out floodwater. An effective, lightweight and easy to use alternative to sandbags. Trap 3cm of the strips between door and frame with the rest facing out. Once wet with water from floods, sewage or tap, the exposed strip rapidly expands into a waterproof gel filled sealer. Flood water pressure pushes this into gaps around the door to seal it fully. Remains effective even when punctured by multi point locks until the flood water drains away or the door is opened. Use more strips up the side of the door to protect against deeper floods. Patented 2mm cloth absorbs and locks in up to 2Ltr of water. 5 year shelf life.
