Rubén Moure is the oenologist and owner of the Prior de Pantón estate. He comes from a wine family and after having inherited from his grandfather vineyards of Mencía and Godello located in the Ribeira Sacra, he successfuly started producing wines. He then looked to expand his offer and decided to grow these native grapes in the neighbouring Bierzo region. He found that on Bierzo's lands his vineyards are located in sloping terraces at between 500 and 700m above sea level these varieties take on special characteristics.This Godello wine is fresh, dry, with the aromas of white flowers and the clean taste of apples and pears.
