Heysel – 1936 is a giclee numbered limited edition of 850 of an original lino cut by Sybil Andrews. As with all of Sybil Andrews work this piece beautifully captures the energy and dynamism of human activity. Here we see two figures working their way through a field of wheat cutting the crop with scythes. Sybil Andrews was born in Suffolk and Heysel is an East Anglia word meaning the season for making hay.
