John Hoyland was a leading abstract British painter. His art prints were led by simply shapes, high key colour and flat picture surface. His works find inspiration in his travels around the world America, Australia, Caribbean, Europe and South America as well as his close friendships with leading contemporary artists such as Anthony Caro and Patrick Caulfield. This gorgeous piece is from a series of 8 Etchings made in Italy in 1989.
