Benjamin Buckley finds inspiration in traditional Chinese and Japanese woodblock prints, reminiscent in the thick black lines he draws with. His works takes landscapes and partners them with stories, history and recent events. ‘Mao’s Milk’ explores the dual idea of American ‘missing persons’ milk cartons and the mass production of Mao’s ideologies.
