As well as the Fresnel element, the other elements of the lens feature Nikon's Super Integrated Coating as well as Flourine front coating and Nano coating which all help minimise distortion and refraction to give the clearest and crispest shots without ghost or flaring and to repel water and dust from the lens face. VR vibration reduction Get images with less blurring thanks to the Vibration Reduction technology built into the 300 mm f4 Telephoto Lens.
