175 years old and still family owned, the Gonzalez Byass Bodega is best known for its world famous dry Fino, Tio Pepe. They own 850 hectares of grapes, mainly Palomino Fino, all of which are situated in the best vineyard area known as the 'Jerez Superior'. This Palo Cortado starts its life as a Fino and after fermentation, classification and fortification it spends a minimum of 12 years maturing in the 'Leonor' solera. Remarkably concentrated on the palate, this is very fine Sherry.
