Domaines Paul Mas are one of the largest and most successful wineries in the Languedoc, having 230ha of estate owned vineyards, as well as access to over 800ha of vineyards owned by contract growers, making a range of great value wines with traditional varieties. An inviting ruby and purple colour, the equally inviting nose offers plum and blackberry fruit, accented with subtle mocha notes. A rich and soft palate with ripe tannins and medium body. Drink any time over the next 4 5 years, alongside sausages, or stewed lamb or veal.
