This is a new giclee limited edition reproduction of a watercolour with pen and ink, originally created for ‘This is Hong Kong’ 1965. The word ‘sampan’ derives from the original Cantonese term for a boat – ‘sam pan’ meaning ‘three planks’. Many Sampans include a small shelter and even today are used as permanent places of abode for a few in Hong Kong.nbspClick these words to find similar printsLimited Edition Giclee Seascape Travelnbsp
