A delicate, pale dry rosé from the sun drenched hills of Provence. This is made for Adnams by Emmanuelle Baude who took over this small estate in the wooded hills to the north of Aix en Provence and works tirelessly to restore her oak forest and grow organically farmed grapes. This rosé is made from a subtle mix of Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, and is pale in colour with fresh flavours of red fruits. It's a perfect apéritif on a hot day. It's also a lovely match with salads, grilled fish or Suffolk ham.
