Ridge is California's most revered winery. Based on the high Monte Bello Ridge in the Santa Cruz Mountains site of a former winery dating back to 1885, it has been impeccably managed by proponent of ecologically sustainable viticulture Paul Draper winner of innumerable 'Winemaker of the Year titles since 1969.
