If you wish to make the Salsa suitable from birth, simply add the carrycot or Group 0 infant car seat. ABC Design have used their German engineering knowhow to ensure that the Salsa is as easy to manoeuvre as possible. Its lightweight chassis features puncture resistant, high density foam wheels that run freely on high quality ball bearings and mean that steering the Salsa is a breeze. When required, the front swivel wheels can be easily locked and released with easily operated clip and the sturdy braking system is enabled with a simple press of your foot and ensures that the Salsa will not be moving anywhere. To make the Salsa extra comfortable for parents, heavy duty suspension ensures an extra smooth ride and the comfort foam handle is height adjustable. The quick release wheels help the Salsa become extra compact when folded and a convenient locking clip means that it can be transported without it accidentally unfolding. The included seat unit is suitable from 6 months, offers a 3 position seat recline and can be changed between parent and forward facing with a simple catch on either side of the seat unit. Carefully designed backrests provide the perfect angle for back support and adjustable footrests offer extra comfort. The presence of a luxuriously padded seat unit, shoulder pads and crotch pad mean ultimate comfort and safety for little one.
