Found this gem nestled amongst some fairly ordinary clarets at a tasting 3 years ago. This is certainly not ordinary wine and proves there are still some great wines to be found , at a reasonable price, from St Emilion. Soft plummy merlot with the cabernet franc producing a wine with purity, ripe tannins and a beautiful finish.
