This Gevrey Chambertin is a very intense dark ruby, almost black colour. Its nose is deep in red and black fruit aromas, with a hint of fresh tobacco. The mid palate is powerful thanks to the tannins, which are present but already blended. The finish lingers on with almost sugary fudge tastes. This Gevrey Chambertin is perfectly balanced and reflects all the elegance of Pinot Noir beautifully.
