HMS Victory navy strength has the same botanical mix as their Mermaids Gin. The HMS Victory gin is cut at a higher strength, so you get a higher concentration of botanical oils. Giving a more intense flavour and aroma. The peppery 'ness of the grains of paradise shines through first with heat from the strength then the rest of the botanical's follow along with the lemon zest. The recommended tonic is the fever tree aromatics tonic. Garnished with a slice of blood orange.
