Peaty and chocolatey notes are present, while the grain whisky sweetens the malt, resulting in a powerful, well balanced whisky. Tunnel matured and conscientiously blended by Chugoku Jozo's Master Blenders, the alcohol content is then reduced using pure spring water from the Sandankyo mountains.
