Trebuchet Chardonnay 2016 Western Cape

This Chardonnay is made by Journey's End winery, a small vineyard estate renovated, expanded and extensively replanted under the ownership of wine impresario Roger Gabb. In 2013, a 60ft working medieval trebuchet was erected on the estate as a focal point for events. A pale lemon yellow with youthfully green flashes, this wine has characteristic aromas of lime and tropical fruits. Gently crisp on the palate, providing plenty of refreshment. Enjoy chilled on its own, or with white meats.
