This is their base gin, a very pure London Dry Gin, with which they make the whole of the 5th range. Ideal for those seeking a neutral but multipurpose dry gin. Tasting notes Transparent with a silver trim, a subtle scent of juniper, soft and neutral flavour with a hint of sourness. Perfect serve Finely chop the lime peel and add a couple of juniper berries. Serve 50ml of 5th Air in a balloon glass and complete with a neutral tonic and plenty of ice.
