Bob Berton, with his greying hair tied back in a pony tail and genial smile, looks every inch as if he belongs in an Australian vineyard. He started with vineyards in the High Eden and then expanded with the purchase of a modern winery in Yenda in the Riverina region of New South Wales. Here he combines modern technology with old fashioned techniques to produce the Head Over Heels range for Adnams.
