Domaine Laroche owns 3.41ha of the Beauroys premier cru vineyard, located on south south east facing slopes ofthe limestone rich hills of Chablis. 10% of the wine is barrel fermented and aged, for a rich yet focused style. Lemon coloured with a green hue. Hints of stone fruit with some spicy complexity on the palate, with good intensity and finesse. Enjoy with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, Japanese food, scallops, fish terrine or poultry with creamy sauce.
