Palate Plenty of Pinot Noir character here, showing concentrated autumn forest, dried cherry spice aromas flavours matched to a vibrant, balanced framework. Fine expression of the terroir plenty of personality. Great intensity, with a lot of presence and distinctiveness. Goes very well with New Year's Eve menu, Shellfish, Foie Gras, Poultry. Fantastic with Desserts!
