Twenty years of experience has allowed Dourthe to identify the best locations in Bordeaux to produce Sauvignon Blanc. They have selected a diversity of terroirs, mainly in the north of the Bordeaux appellation. Aromatic and concentrated, with fresh citrus combined with notes of passionfruit, a crisp acidity and lovely structure with a long and persistent finish. A great apéritif, this is also good with salads and seafood.
