Terry Pastor has created some of the twentieth century’s most iconic images from Bowie to The Beach Boys, Pastor is responsible for the album covers that helped shaped cult figures and captured the imagination of millions. ‘Hunky Dory’ sees a return to the original 1971 photograph, used for the David Bowie album of the same name. Pastor has painstakingly re coloured the image, first stripping it back to black and white, before recreating the extraordinary technicolour from the album sleeve original. The limited edition print brings Bowie back in all his glory, at the hands of the iconic image’s originator a rare treasure of contemporary print making.
