Colour dark garnet red colour. Nose aromas of very ripe black fruits. Palate spicy and liquorice aromas. Serve with rich Beef Bourguignon. Clay and limestone soils coming from terraces of round pebbles and lauzes rock made of limestone. Vinification in concrete vats from 3 to 4 weeks with daily pumping over. The wine is aged for one year in concrete vats.
