Metropolis white comes from the involvement of the local varieties Asyrtiko, Kidonitsa, Monemvasia and Asproudi which were components of the legendary wine Malvasia, and were forgotten for the recent years. Metropolis white has a remarkable aroma because of the distinguished fragrance of Asyrtiko and Kidonisa and the fruity flavours of Monemvasia and Asproudi. The combination of the climate, the soil and the wine making technique produces a well balanced wine of golden yellow colour, fruity aromas and rich body. 30% Asyrtiko, 30% Kidonitsa, 30% Monemvasia, 10% Asproudi.
