As seen on TV. 2014 was a perfect year for growing Pinot Gris. Flowering was unhindered by frost, rainfall was low but fell at the right time. A cooler March enabled the grapes to ripen slowly creating a great balance of acidity and intensity of flavour. This is a full and rich wine. The nose has aromas of red apple, pear and orange blossom. The palate is has richly flavoured fruit and a complex spicy finish. This is a perfect match for all dishes with Asian flavours.
