Now in its second decade of vintages, the Red Winemaking Trial Shiraz has become an established part of the Penfolds heirarchy. The RWT foregoes the power and muscle of many a Barossa Shiraz, and opts for a more accessible style, showing off a voluptuous body of fleshy fruit, with fine yet opulent tannins.
