A lighter, more elegant alternative to Grange. Deliberate avoidance of new oak has been replaced with a more traditional approach of around 18 months' maturation in old wooden vats, which results in a wine with a much more restrained character, allowing more of the Shiraz grape's varietal purity to come to the fore.
