Typically restrained for a young Merle displaying pristine aromas of lime, lemon and stone fruits along with a hint of wet slate and talc. Again restrained subtle with the citrus characters the main drivers, but once the acid kicks in the whole thing livens up and the textural talc elements of the palate are apparent. It displays great length of flavour and a pureness that typifies this vineyard.
