This is a museum quality fine art print of The Dance by Henri Matisse. Dance, is one of two large decorative panels the other being Music that were commissioned by Russian businessman and art collector Sergei Shchukin. nbspOriginally they both hung on the staircase of Shchukin's Moscow mansion but now they are in Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg. The five dancing figures, painted in a Fauvist colour palette of warm red set against a very simplified green landscape and deep blue sky convey feelings of emotional liberation and hedonism.
