Tomintoul set aside a small quantity of Tomintoul 12 Year old for finishing in Oloroso butts. The Tomintoul was distilled in autumn of 1995 and transferred into Sherry wood casks in January 2006.The resulting expression has been made available for sale in limited quantities since October 2007. Colour Warm, gold. Nose Round, creamy nose with subtle hints of sherry sweetness. Taste Soft,smooth and elegant style with delicate sherry presence. Finish Mellow soothing.
