This is a soft and approachable, medium bodied red wine. It has subtle berry fruit aromas which are followed by sweet strawberry and cherry on the palate. This is followed by a long and elegant finish laced with hints of French oak. Because of the soft, fleshy nature of Merlot, it partners food exceptionally well. Pasta, roasted meats or Mediterranean vegetables compliment the variety.
