Aromas of plum fruits, chocolate and vanilla essence. Sweet shiraz fruits and spicy peppery characters are evident on the palate, which is supported by the integration of tannins. Fermented in stainless steel potter tanks and pumped over four times daily to extract flavour and colour, this shiraz was then matured in large oak casks for a period of eight to twelve months. This wine has been designed to enjoy immediately. A versatile accompaniment to grilled and roasted dishes or spicy pastas. Serve at room temperature 16 18Deg C.
