Our best selling and most loved Adnams white wine! This gorgeous unoaked Chardonnay is from the brilliant Talmard family. Fermented in stainless steel tanks from grapes grown around the eponymous village of Chardonnay in the southern Burgundy region of Macon. Our White Burgundy evolves during the year, starting off fresh, zippy, zesty and energetic when it first arrives around April and gets richer and fatter as we head through summer and into autumn and winter. By Christmas then early spring, it will have taken on richer, warm tropical fruit notes. We simply love it. Gorgeous served on its own, or pair with chicken, fish or hearty salads.
